Anyone that follows this most beautiful devotion of Maria Rosa Mystica knows Her call to pray for our religious and the Holy Church.  Through the years, I have felt this call grow deeper and deeper in my soul.  There was a time when I received a grace of feeling the indifference in some priests while celebrating the Holy Mass.  I witnessed a priest drop the Holy Eucharist during Communion and he reacted as if it was not a big deal. I visited different churches and felt many things magnified in my soul.  This all caused me great sadness and pain in my heart.   A few weeks ago I visited a local Church with my family.  I was horrified at the homily.  The priest gave a homily about the creation where he talked about the Big Bang and how God gave a soul to a male and female ape and that’s how we evolved.  I was so upset to think that some people would walk out of Church accepting this as truth.  A few weeks later in another Church, I was blessed to witness the complete opposite.  There was a priest who gave a homily where he mentioned the Big Bang theory and basically corrected all the things the other priest had talked about.  My soul was elated and I had to fight to keep myself from not jumping up and saying Amen every few minutes.  I thanked God for this Priest and for the correction as I was with my family and wanted to be sure my children heard the truth from a Priest and not just from me.  I wanted to share the testimony of Father Steven Scheier.  He talks about how he was sentenced to Hell because of sins.  During the second interview with Mother Angelica he speaks about how many priests are failing us during Holy Confession.  Unfortunately, I have personally experienced this all too often during Holy Confession.  I have been told some sins are not sins and they give you a super light penance or no penance at all.  Many times they do not even ask you to make your Act of Contrition.  At the same time, I have been blessed to come to know a few very spiritual priests who have helped me so much to grow spiritually.  Late Father Joseph Whalen pictured on the top right holding a Rosa Mystica statue was one of these special priests for me.  Two other special priests for me are Father Ed who wrote monthly meditations for this website and Father Louis who gives people very deep and Spirit-filled Holy Confessions.  I walk out of his confessional so happy and with renewed spirits to keep on growing in my spiritual journey.  

Especially in these desperate times, we need to pray hard and offer sacrifices for the fallen Priests.  It is not our job to judge them but to help them with our prayers.  They will be severely punished because of their knowledge and for the many souls they have led astray from God.  Let us unite in prayer by joining together in this Pray for Priest group.  All I need from you a commitment to always pray for all the priests listed on this webpage.  In your prayers and especially on the 13th of each month, just state you are praying for all the priests listed on the Rosa Mystica’s Pray for Priests Group.  I also need your commitment during the consecration at Holy Mass to lift up the priests listed on this webpage.  May God bless you infinitely and Blessed Mother always keep you under Her Mantle.
